This policy covers The Kindest Gift website and waitlist, run by Brooke Fogg ("we"). It will be updated before The Kindest Gift vault launches.

What we collect

• The email address you give us, and optionally your first name, your state and whether you are planning for yourself, helping someone else, or a professional.
• Which form you used to sign up.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies on this site. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

How we use it

We use your details only to tell you when early access opens and to understand who The Kindest Gift is for. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Waitlist sign-ups are stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the United States. The site is hosted by Netlify.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist, or ask what we hold about you, at any time by emailing hello@brookefogg.com. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
